1299798562 Fix addons dialog 
The dialog failed to properly construct due to missing callbacks, that I removed when changing the size context tile in the full view to a stack approach.

7e923a54ef Fix install control focus if the install button is not active 
This fixes the issue where opening the Bazaar app page would set the focused widget to null, making it so you couldn't navigate the focus properly or close the page with the escape button.

Putting the focus logic into the full view also makes it more obvious what happens to the focus when opening the page.

f5683a5900 Fix focus in safety dialog 
Previously, when having the page switch animation play out in the safety dialog and then pressing Esc, it would close the navigation page behind the dialog instead of the dialog itself. This was because after the animation, no widget was focused, so the "escape" action consumed the button press.

My solution was to disable the action when a dialog is active, and manually set focus after the switching animation is done. Not doing the second would make it so

3c2336365d await dup_all_into_store unconditionally in the transaction dialog unconditionally 
I did not know that the function ran bz_entry_group_connect_living as a side effect.

Not doing this caused an issue where the removable and installable counts sometimes didn't update on the group when installing from a rich tile on the search page. This wasn't an issue when installing from the full view, as dup_all_into_store was already run somewhere in some subwidget.
