9c1becd7bb add translation contexts 
This change adds translation contexts to all translatable strings in qml
files that did not have any. Occasionally, the existing translation
contexts are updated for consistency with the newly added ones.

The string themselves are unchanged, save for one instance where the
Accessible strings were somewhat awkward and were a bit streamlined, and
one set of accessible  strings in PanelConfiguration that were not
marked as translatable, but are now.

1fbec369ab Zoom out when going in edit mode 
Makes sure the whole desktop area is reachable by zooming it out
and putting controls around it.

All the toolbox buttons are always reachable and clickable, never zoomed out.

Look and feel is similar with the desktop overview effect

82bb3bfc1e Shorten long action names in desktop toolbox and context menu 
A lot of these menu items are really long, unnecessarily so. For the
ones that take the user to another location rather than performing an
action, we can make the menu item's text simply echo the name of the
place they'll be taken to. This is what we already do for some other
similar menu items that take you to another location, like "Properties".

b840711fce Drag toolbox from anywhere 
The toolbox could be dragged only from over the buttons but not on the empty
margins making it look a bit unreliable, now it works 100% of the times when dragged from
any visible pixel

9ff144df36 Don't bind to visible of a child 
we had the "touch mode" for the toolbox using the bindingon visible as
the source of truth, but visible cascades from parent's visible, so when
the toolbox got unhidden in an animtion we had some kind of binding loop
that caused a crash in the animation code.

bind the touch mode to a top level bool propery, so it doesn't change
during the appear animation in a weird way
