Final solution for the new just completion engine ended up being; For
`bash` we have to change the script to set `JUST_JUSTFILE` while having
an autocomplete script where `just` is substituted to `ujust`. This was
based on feedback from Casey in
https://github.com/casey/just/discussions/3683#discussioncomment-17804984
For `fish` the only method i found to get the completions working
properly was to alias `ujust` to `just --justfile
"/usr/share/ublue-os/justfile"`
now for zsh i had to write a custom compdef that hardcodes in
`--justfile "/usr/share/ublue-os/justfile"` and passes it to the
completion definitions for `just`, i do not want to go into how long i
spent on this stupid compdef...
Hikari's words, he figured everything out here. Thanks. It's an exact
clone of https://github.com/ublue-os/packages/pull/1319.

* chore: add all the things from aurorafin-shared
Bluefin is not interested in the lack of AI in the development process
of it, let's put everything here.
It still makes sense to have this repo to avoid fetching the
wallpapers/udev rules in an image build every single time.
* fix: correct path for binary
* remainings
* chore: remove ai stuff we don't use
* redo brew validation
* use bbrew from main homebrew
* remove tiup
this is broken, is it gone from some tap?
* remove kcl from brewfiles
something is broken here as well
The idea behind this is that we can deliberately upgrade the things we
get from bluefin as some changes on their side require changes here,
this will avoid surprises and random breakages in the future. Things
have also mostly settled down. These updates are not supposed to blindly
automerge here as this would trigger image builds in ublue-os/aurora for
things that are not related to anything we care about.
These changes should be carefully vetted and evaluated again. We will
not need every single hash bump PR.

Symlinks are not sufficient for this.
```
Path traversal attempt detected: /usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/dev.getaurora.aurora.desktop/contents/plasmoidsetupscripts/org.kde.plasma.folder.js is not inside /usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/dev.getaurora.auroralight.desktop/
```
Technically we don't need ksplashrc to be setting this as the splash
screen is part of the theme but I feel like we should still set this in
this way as a fallback.
fixes: https://github.com/ublue-os/aurora/issues/1984
This is nice to have for plasma-setup so we can reference whatever the
default wallpaper is more easily and not hardcode things when possible.
This is also expandable if we ever have a dark and light variant for
example.
We get pesky journal errors complaining on every startup about missing
icons. Downloading them like this is better than symlinking them to the
host provided icons as we don't know which versions are on the host
system. We also expect a specific version/look of the splash.qml which
might change in the future as we have to modify this file anyway to
change it to our logo.
* feat: add light global theme
This doesn't change any defaults, it will still be dark and more
intended for completion as there was just this light counterpart
missing.
