chore: make default wallpaper(s) referenceable with a directory (#131)

Browse source 
This is nice to have for plasma-setup so we can reference whatever the
default wallpaper is more easily and not hardcode things when possible.
This is also expandable if we ever have a dark and light variant for
example.
