50d1c81ab5 fedora: Skip Google Chrome RPM repo in Fedora Third Party 
Skip enabling this repo as it currently creates issues with package
layering.

c31dccfe20 fedora: Enable fedora-third-party-refresh unit 
Enable the fedora-third-party-refresh.service unit to make sure that
Fedora Third Party repos configuration updates are applied after
updates, on boot.

On package mode systems, updates to the Fedora Third Party configuration
and repos are triggered on package updates & changes using scriplets and
tansfiletriggerin triggers.

None of those will apply to Atomic Desktops thus this service unit was
created, but never enabled.

We need this enabled to make sure that the Google Chrome repo (disabled
in the following commit) is disabled on rebase to Fedora 43, before any
package layering operation is triggered.

0500a05fed COSMIC: drop PPD for tuned-ppd 
Remove explcit use of `power-profiles-daemon` to use the default
suggestion of `tuned-ppd`.

55235c7d3a manifests: Remove cinnamon, lxqt, mate & xfce variants 
I added those variants a while back but they did not find a maintainer
to turn them into official ones.

They can be re-introduced if someone steps up to maintain them.

1b7de257e9 gitlab-ci.yml: Remove generated config 
We now automatically generate the GitLab CI config with a script. Thus
remove it from the main repo and keep it only in the branches on the
GitLab repo to reduce rebases and conflicts.

ede9238b3e justfile: Add retry logic to all skopeo/buildah commands 
Retry those commands 5 times with a 1 min interval between each try.
Those are the most frequent source of pipeline failures due to quay.io
infra flakes.

52e0ce3768 Drop deepin 
The deepin-desktop package, which is critical to Deepin working,
got retired for long-term FTI. Given this, it seems pointless to
keep this variant around at least until it's fixed. I've sent
https://pagure.io/fedora-comps/pull-request/1149 to remove
deepin from comps, this is the corresponding change here.
