86ef318b7d common: Remove ostree-grub2 
New systems are setup with a static GRUB config and thus don't need
support to generate the GRUB config dynamically.

Older systems will be migrated to a static GRUB config during their
first boot on Fedora 42.

f9184799de Use conditional includes to separate bootable containers 
Refactor how we differentiate bootable containers variants from classic
ostree ones using conditional includes.
