9848d6ad14 Kinoite: Workaround missing (g)shadow entries for plasmalogin 
The `/etc/shadow` and `/etc/gshadow` files are currently not properly
updated on rpm-ostree/bootc systems when new system users are added
using systemd-sysusers configs in the image.

Workaround that issue for the `plasmalogin` user specifically.

e264d6ac2a Only explicitely include Qt6 on Silverblue

583794a0eb kinoite-shared: Include plasma-keyboard explicitly 
Temporarily explicitly included to take precedence over maliit.

Support for maliit will soon be removed as it is unmaintained and
plasma-keyboard is replacing it as part of the update to Plasma 6.6.

47c044422e comps-sync: Include Qt5 packages only on Silverblue 
Those packages are only needed on desktops such as GNOME where client
side decorations are used. Thus let's remove them from other Atomic
Desktops.

7ba5726dd1 common: (Re-)add gnupg2-scdaemon 
Re-add the gnupg2-scdaemon to keep Yubikeys and other similar devices
working on Atomic Desktops out of the box. This package was dropped in
F43 following the split of the GnuPG package and we did not announce its
removal. Given its size, it is not really an interesting candidate for
removal as there is no known downside for keeping it included and it
provides functionnality users rely on. Thus we manually re-add it in the
manifests.
