Move support for FUSE version 2 to Fedora's manifest to be able to
exclude it from downstream builds.
We should be able to drop support for FUSE v2 in F44.

Enable the fedora-third-party-refresh.service unit to make sure that
Fedora Third Party repos configuration updates are applied after
updates, on boot.
On package mode systems, updates to the Fedora Third Party configuration
and repos are triggered on package updates & changes using scriplets and
tansfiletriggerin triggers.
None of those will apply to Atomic Desktops thus this service unit was
created, but never enabled.
We need this enabled to make sure that the Google Chrome repo (disabled
in the following commit) is disabled on rebase to Fedora 43, before any
package layering operation is triggered.
Default to building Bootable Containers and override as needed for the
classic ostree manifests.
This does not introduce any change to the final processed manifests.
In Fedora 41, we enabled bootupd by default. In Fedora 42, we are
migrating older installations to a static GRUB config by default.
We can thus enable composefs by default for all our variants, wether
theyr are Bootable Containers or classic ostree ones.

Explicitely exclude Perl to avoid inclusion in the image via optional
dependencies.
We can now do that as all the indirect dependencies have been fixed.
In general, we want to keep the base image as small as possible and with
as few interpreters as possible. Users should install any addition
interpreters that they may need inside a container or via package
layering.

Import packages from this group currently missing in Atomic Desktops. In
the future, we may rely on the comps group once we have cleaned it up.
Drop bcache-tools from kinoite-common. It is no longer (not sure if it
ever was) part of the anaconda-tools group.

Keep only x86-64 qemu-user-static package on aarch64 & ppc64le
This is pulled in by the containers-common package in order to be able
to run containers from a different architecture.
See: https://gitlab.com/fedora/ostree/sig/-/issues/59
podman now defaults to native overlayfs for the storage driver and
removed the dependency on fuse-overlayfs in containers-common.
We had manually kept it in Fedora 40 as it was released with
fuse-overlayfs so we had to keep it for compatibility during the major
release lifetime.
From discussions, it appears that this driver is still useful in
rootless container use cases and has better performance there, thus
let's keep it in the Atomic Desktops for now as this is a common use
case.

New GRUB2 config modules are causing issues on Atomic Desktops systems
as the new GRUB2 config get regenerated with new options that are not
supported by the currently installed version of GRUB2.
The root cause is that we don't (yet) systematically update the
bootloader on Atomic Desktops. This is related to:
https://gitlab.com/fedora/ostree/sig/-/issues/1
Temporarily remove / modify those config modules from the GRUB2 set of
configs used to generate the final GRUB2 config, until we are able to
enable bootloader updates by default.

Now that we've fixed the dnf debuginfo dependency in plasma-drkonqi, we
can add dnf5 to Kinoite & Kinoite Mobile as well.
