Flutter can't cross-compile, so arm64 builds in an arm64 Fedora under the
runner's QEMU emulation, with its own SDK (the release tarball's Dart SDK
is x64, so arm64 fetches its own). quine-linux's arm64 image installs it.

packaging/ builds it in a Fedora container and makes an RPM;
.forgejo/workflows/rpm.yml runs that on each push to main and uploads it
to the forge's quine RPM group, which quine-linux's image installs from.
lib/main.dart: find pkg-history next to the executable, where the RPM
installs it, before the working directory.

Shows applied dnf transactions newest-first, flagging the current
state and the original release, each expandable into dnf history
info. Opens as a separate OS process/window via --history rather than
a page in the main app. run.sh builds and runs through a toolbox since
the host's build toolchain (cmake/ninja/gtk3-devel) isn't available
directly on this immutable OS.

- Add app/package category browsing via AppStream + comps groups
(lib/category_service.dart), with per-package tag chips shown when a
package is selected.
- Add a Settings page to uninstall PackageKit if it's no longer wanted.
- Rename the app from "Package Launcher"/pkg_launcher to "DNF Package
Store" across the pubspec, window title, and Linux CMake/runner config.
