Launching Bazaar gives no visual feedback while the Flatpak sandbox
and GTK app cold-start, which can take several seconds. Without a
loading indicator, users tend to click the launcher again, and since
bazaar-daemon has no D-Bus single-instance activation, each launch
spawns a fully independent process tree, resulting in duplicate
windows.
