we add this in main and ostree doesn't put it in the correct spot anyway

* fix: only remove the kernel from the base image when we change it

:stable only has the kernel related stuff from coreos:stable now, no
mismatched kernel-tools anymore we inherit from ostree-desktops-images

:latest, don't touch it unless we pin it

* fix(dx): explicitly install the correct versions for kernel-{devel,tools,tools-libs}

kernel-headers has no coreos:stable version in the repos, just install
the latest one then

* fix: also install/versionlock just "kernel" and "kernel-devel-matched" package

* chore: main removed kernel-uki-virt

* fix: double quote to make codacy happy

* fix: make HWE "worky"

* fix: add kernel fixes to hwe as well

* fix: remove leftover ungated fedora kernel on stable images

uses dnf instead of plain rpm to remove the existing kernel

right now there are leftovers in /usr/lib/modules/

removes kernel-devel, which happens to pull in development deps like
bison, m4 which we don't need on the image.

* fix: remove gcc from image

for whatever reason it pulls in kernel-headers-6.14.3, an old kernel which is
neither the one lastet one from fedora or coreos

Someone on discord with previously affected hardware showed a
working bazzite kde the other day which never shipped this workaround.

We don't need this anymore, this must have gotten resolved upstream with 1.19.8

I tried an image with this change on my laptop that was previously affected
and this totally works now!

fix: set SDDM wallpaper to the regular default wallpaper (#534) 
Fedora changed the backgrounds from png to jxl
(now that they ship jxl wallpapers with F42)
they also set default.jxl in
/usr/share/sddm/themes/01-breeze-fedora/theme.conf
so this sets the SDDM wallpaper to whatever is the regular wallpaper.

This centralizes our setup service solution to the `ublue-setup-services` package, all these snippets came straight from Bluefin LTS.

I believe this should work fine, but it needs some testing, just to make sure everything is okay, although I am quite confident that this is fine because we've been using this for months on LTS

* feat: remove v4l2loopback and rpmfusion for Fedora 42+

PipeWire should now provide the features which previously made
v4l2loopback necessary. This removes the v4l2loopback install.

Additionally, this removes rpmfusion as it was only still required
to provide dependencies for v4l2loopback.

I've been tinkering with and testing dnf5 for a while.

Key items are:
- ensuring cliwrap is properly unwound (checked rpm-ostree Rust code)
- using normal (not wrapped) binaries, eg for dracut
- and the more obvious, replacing "rpm-ostree install" with "dnf5
  install", etc

Relates: #1946

* remove build-fix since not needed with dnf5

* convert a few more commands from rpm-ostree to dnf5

the nvidia script from hwe repo had been missed before
the logo swap is new
