working bazzite kde the other day which never shipped this workaround.
We don't need this anymore, this must have gotten resolved upstream with 1.19.8

Fedora changed the backgrounds from png to jxl
(now that they ship jxl wallpapers with F42)
they also set default.jxl in
/usr/share/sddm/themes/01-breeze-fedora/theme.conf
so this sets the SDDM wallpaper to whatever is the regular wallpaper.
This removes that kinoite directory and moves all that stuff from etc
and usr from there to shared and removes that corresponding line
from the build script.
