Ben Newman	efae1f45fb	Eliminate recast/lib/types.ts wrapper module. ... After this change, recast.types is now simply the ast-types namespace, with no extra layers of indirection: import * as types from "ast-types" assert.strictEqual(recast.types, types) The ASTNode, NodePath, and Type types are no longer exported directly from recast, but can now be obtained via recast.types.{ASTNode,NodePath,Type}.
