Fix goreleaser release body exceeding GitHub's 125000-char limit

v1.0.0-alpha is the first tag, so the changelog had no previous tag
to diff against and pulled in the full inherited history (~4800
commits), blowing past GitHub's release body size limit. Disable
the changelog for now, and fix the footer's hardcoded
navidrome/navidrome compare link to point at the actual repo and
only render once a previous tag exists.
