Add TryExec field to extlinks.desktop to fix rpminspect error

rpminspect was reporting an error:

Desktop file /usr/share/applications/extlinks.desktop on noarch
references executable (null) but no subpackages contain an executable of
that name

Adding the TryExec field allows rpminspect to properly validate that
the /usr/libexec/anaconda/browser-ext executable exists in the package.
