Philip Peterson b1338aee24 Ship only the universal Windows installer (#380) ... With ${arch} in artifactName and both x64 and arm64 NSIS targets, electron-builder also publishes per-arch installers. The arm64-only one installs nothing on x64 machines but still creates shortcuts and an uninstaller, leaving a broken install. Give nsis its own artifactName without ${arch} so only the universal installer is built, and abort an arm64-only installer on non-ARM64 Windows as a safeguard.
