e40c54c08a Replace source maps with a more compact representation 
This adds the `translateSnapshotRow` method to the global
`snapshotResult` variable and can be used to translate a line number in
the snapshot script to a relative line number in an embedded source
file.

78474dbe1f Add snapshotResult.translateLineNumber 
This new facility will allow to convert an absolute line number in the
generated snapshot script to the line number relative to the file whose
contents have been snapshotted.
