Philip Peterson 1cdd70679e Add AVA_IMPORT_FROM_PROJECT_NO_STUB env var for read-only node_modules ... In CI environments where node_modules is mounted read-only, importFromProject fails because it writes a stub file to node_modules/.cache/ava. When AVA_IMPORT_FROM_PROJECT_NO_STUB=1 is set, use createRequire scoped to the project directory instead, avoiding any file writes.
