The synaptics touchpad driver has mostly been superseeded by libinput.
For libinput we have a completely different UI.
The KCM currently still supports both, making the code massively complex and
causing a huge maintanance burden.
Given the long-term focus is on Wayland and libinput drop the synaptic integration.
This doesn't prevent anyone from using Plasma X11 with Synaptics, but there will
not be a first-party config UI for it any more
See https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/issues/79
Summary:
x11 backend of the touchpad KCM uses xserver-properties.h that is part of
xorg-server package. As XORG_INCLUDE_DIRS seems to be empty, so far, it was
relying on Synaptics_INCLUDE_DIRS implicitly and worked only if the header
happened to be in the same directory as Synaptics' which is the case most of
the time.
FindXorgServer.cmake is just a copy of FindXorgLibinput, adapted accordingly.
Test Plan:
Pointed Synaptics_INCLUDE_DIRS somewhere else than /usr/include/xorg and build
succeeded.

It was added for when FolderView did some low level GL stuff to fetch an
image for thumbnails, but now this uses higher level API.
Find -name CMakeLists.txt | xargs grep OpenGL returns nothing else
Test Plan:
Grepped for usages
Compiles fine

XCB-XInput is not available on some distributions, use udev device discovery
there instead to reapply settings when adding new keyboard / mouse.

This fixes the build on e.g. FreeBSD where libcanberra is not in /usr/lib
but /usr/local/lib so that the linker complains that it cannot find
-lcanberra since the CMake variable from pkg_check_modules does not contain
an absolute path.
The CMake module was copied from the KMix repository. If there are any more
users of libcanberra it might make sense to add this to extra-cmake-modules
