dbe076acf5 Build with QT_NO_CONTEXTLESS_CONNECT 
Disables the 3-argument connect without a context object. Not providing a context
object can cause issues when the sending object is still alive but the receiver
or an object refered to in the lambda is not.

63788e6520 attica-kde: Use the correct location for determining the max cache size 
QStorageInfo returns -1 there if the cache directory didn't exist yet.
QNetworkDiskCache happily accepts 0 as max size and eagerly deletes
everything it can on every occasion, triggering cache corruption.

798027fd17 Add a granular cache preference thing to attica-kde 
This allows us to explicitly add cache preference to specific calls.
Usually attica calls want to be very current, but in some cases we can
assume things aren't going to change often (such as the categories
call), and we can just use the cached version for those calls.

499687b492 Add functionality to open the accounts kcm on saveCredentials calls 
While this usurps the method and makes it do things that are perhaps
not expected, we cannot simply save credentials directly. Furthermore,
the only place this call is currently being used is the defunct
knewstuff::upload dialog. So, to avoid API changes, we usurp the method
instead.

1c554e23b2 [WIP] Switch the Attica KDE plugin to use KAccounts 
Summary:
Don't require KWallet, and require KAccounts and libaccounts-Qt5

Link and use includes from new requirements

Remove KWallet bits, and use KAccounts/libaccounts-qt instead

This removes the custom KWallet integration in favour of an approach
based on the more generic KAccounts framework. It is a work in progress
which currently does not allow for creating new accounts (which would
be done through saveCredentials), but which does load and use the data
from any accounts which already exist.
