remove disablement of services (#62)

* chore: do not disable rpm-ostree-*.{service,timer}

Both of these contain `ConditionPathExists=/run/ostree-booted`, our ISOs
are not booted via ostree so this will never run anyway.

* chore: also remove bootloader-update.service disablement on live
