We are about to commit lockfiles to enable hermetic builds, we'll bump definitions with cosa within bump-lockfile Jenkins job [1]. So we don't want Renovate/MintMaker do the maintenance of this file. [1] https://github.com/coreos/coreos-assembler/pull/4298
