Joel Capitao 5f06d6e5d5 tests: gate aleph-version check on bootupd >= 0.2.36 
The `aleph-version` field in `bootupctl status --json` output was added
in bootupd v0.2.36. Gate the check on the bootupd version to avoid test
failures on RHCOS/SCOS with an older bootupd versions.
This is temporary until the new bootupd builds land in RCHOS/SCOS repos.
