We are about to commit lockfiles to enable hermetic builds, we'll
bump definitions with cosa within bump-lockfile Jenkins job [1].
So we don't want Renovate/MintMaker do the maintenance of this file.
[1] https://github.com/coreos/coreos-assembler/pull/4298
See below the details:
- we don't want to bump the bootc submodule for now
- we don't want RPM lockfile bump. This will be achieved during
the bump-lockfile operation from Jenkins for short them. Longer
term, we'll move it to a GH action when all the archs are
supported in Fedora Konflux cluster.
- we bump quay.io/fedora image to latest stable one only. The
default rule is bumping to latest one which is rawhide.
Also, this file should not be propagate to other branches by the coreos
bot. Renovate uses the config from the repository's default branch.
See [1] for more details. This will be handled in another PR.
