It seems to be conventional in Fedora/RHEL to put the kernel in
/images/pxeboot/vmlinuz and the initramfs in /images/pxeboot/initrd.img.
Requires matching coreos-assembler buildextend-installer changes.
This provides a buffer into which `coreos-installer iso embed-kargs` can
write additional kernel arguments for the live ISO. It must be located
right after the karg line in configuration files.
Note this doesn't touch `zipl.prm`, which is where ISO kernel args are
stored for s390x. Supporting this for s390x would need more
investigation and testing.
This reverts commit 0f1183e9cc.
Apparently removing the serial line means that we no longer get serial
console on a VM when doing something like `virt-install --graphics=none`.
Let's revert this change for now (i.e. go back to how it was before) and
make a subsequent change in the future that tries to handle all cases
better.
When testing out installing FCOS on a new mini PC that only contains
a serial port (no graphical console) I noticed the isolinux menu wasn't
displaying correctly. I compared this with the Fedora Workstation and
Fedora Server configs and neither of those have the `serial 0` line in
them and the isolinux menu shows up fine via serial console there.
Let's remove it since it seems like serial auto-detection works better
than the `0` setting, which is actively causing some consoles to not
work.

At 1 second it's almost impossible to catch the boot prompt if you need
to change the kernel command line parameters. Let's extend it to 5 seconds
so users have a fighting chance to catch the prompt.
Automatic login is insecure and we don't want to encourage its use.
However, the live ISO image is an exception. The ISO image is more
useful for casual experimentation and for running coreos-installer if
a shell is readily available. Conversely, passing an Ignition config
to the ISO requires manually modifying the kernel command line, so the
ISO is unlikely to be run in production.
Automatically log in on the graphical console when both a) booted
from a live image, and b) the kernel argument `iso` is supplied.
Modify live ISO bootloader configs to pass the argument.
