overrides: pin libselinux and related packages to 3.10-*.fc44

An update in these packages exposes an issue in Ignition related to the
resolving of symlinks in the homeDir field, leading to relabelling
errors when provisioning a node with e.g. `homeDir: /home/user` defined.
Let's pin these for now while we work on an Ignition fix + release.
