denylist: skip ext.config.extensions.package on testing

The F45 image contains fast-tracked vim-data 9.2.1202 while the enabled Fedora repositories still offer vim 9.2.1129. Remove this entry when FEDORA-2026-fd41c7fe07 reaches f45-updates.
