tree: adapt to ocidir 0.8 OciRead trait extraction

ocidir 0.8 moved read_blob, read_index, read_json_blob, and other
read-only methods from inherent methods on OciDir to a new OciRead
trait. Import OciRead in test modules that call these methods.
