Katerina Koukiou 9f9ba16a2c lib: factor Anaconda iframe layout into shared Sass mixins 
Add `pkg/lib/anaconda/_anaconda.scss` with `embedded-page-shell` and
`anaconda-body-overflow-hack` mixins, and have storaged’s
`storage-anaconda.scss` apply them under `#storage.anaconda`. Drop the
redundant PageSection `noPadding` prop from the storage page; the mixin
covers the same layout and can be reused from other pages in the future.
