4c697befd3 Tests: Increase default timeout. 
And also ever increase the timeout when the tests specify a different
value.

A tight timeout is mostly useful for debugging, but descreases the
robustness of the test suite needlessly otherwise.

eee0bc1a7b Tests: Move yum out of VERIFY. 
This makes the VERIFY run more predictable and faster by
doing (almost) all yum operations outside of it, in the new PREPARE
script.

2cde4c3399 Tests: Use a fixed host key for the test machines. 
The alternative is to use UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null and somehow get
rid of the "Warning: Permanently added ..." messages.

dc49d3776c Don't free uninitialized local variables. 
Jumping over the declaration of a local variable that has a destructor
doesn't work since the variable will be uninitialized when the
destructor runs.
