Subject: [PATCH] Add background refresh option

This command line option runs a refresh without opening a window and closes down the application after the process is done, but only if no window is active at that time.

Distros that ship Bazaar could trigger this command at first boot so users don't have to wait like 10 seconds until everything is synced up.
