Philip Peterson df3ac0bfc2 Read upstream with skopeo --registries-conf, not the env variable ... skopeo 1.22 (the runner's, since NixOS 26.05) ignores CONTAINERS_REGISTRIES_CONF, so vendoring copied the mirror onto itself and Kinoite stayed at an old, amd64-only copy.
