* chore: cleanup packages.sh
We will not be building different major fedora versions from the same
branch anymore.
* chore: move flathub to fetch.sh
We don't need the flatpak command, it doesn't do anything.
`/etc/flatpak/remotes.d` is always present in the image due to flatpak
package creating this directory.
* chore: don't remove fedora plasma theme
We shouldn't be working around potential issues this way.
* test: check for flathub
To avoid us adding *all* 100+ packages to the image (each one is a
couple MiB) I only added the most popular languages according to
Flathub. See: https://flathub.org/statistics
If one is missing then people can just request it, at least it's getting
used then.
Supersedes: https://github.com/ublue-os/aurora/pull/1798
When rebasing from our kinoite base image to aurora:beta the ostree
deployment will fail with this error:
```
libsemanage.semanage_direct_get_module_info: Unable to open
mariadb-plugin-cracklib-password-check module lang ext file at
/etc/selinux/targeted/tmp/modules/200/mariadb-plugin-cracklib-password-check/lang_ext.
(No such file or directory).
```
Adding mariadb-cracklib-password-check back to our image resolves this
issue.

* fix: move dracut configs to files instead of flags (#2003)
While this doesn't make a difference to our image build itself, it will
make the life easier for derived images as they will inherit all the
modules from us that we set anyway. This undoes some of the changes made
in 32a66fc719. These are specific to the things we install here so it
doesn't make sense to go into common.

* feat: rechunk with rpm-ostree
The legacy rechunker is basically unmaintained, this is a much safer
option to reduce our (delta) image size.
https://coreos.github.io/rpm-ostree/build-chunked-oci/
We can further reduce the layer diff by utilizing --previous-build in
the next rpm-ostree release. It still has a couple problems in the
current release in combination with non-rpm layers.
https://github.com/coreos/chunkah is very early in development, don't
bother for now.
* fix: handle dance regarding stable, stable-daily
* chore: add horrible workaround because of hhd-dev/rechunk
* fix: for layer annotations not being pushed
We need a newer podman version than ubuntu 24.04 provides,
homebrew is the most elegant solution.
We need the layer annotations for the rpm-ostree rechunker so that
updates are more efficient.

* feat: assign layers to files we download
* chore: autostart rechunker-group-fix
* fix: don't do beta tag logic
* chore: only run when deployed with ostree
so this doesn't run on the ISO etc will need to be changed on composefs
native backend.
* chore: rename the Sunshine service

either setup the shared linuxbrew group or download the binary from the
github releases and drop it in /usr/local/bin as that is wriable or

fixup of https://github.com/ublue-os/aurora/pull/1846
/tmp wasn't supposed to be in the RUN statement, this only hid those
files from `bootc container lint`, they still make it into the final
image. We basically don't care about anything else in /var other than
cache.
This means we don't have to download the nvidia stuff anymore as it
comes bundled with the nvidia akmods and should be a little more
reliable in general.
We don't need 32-bit libraries on the host, people should use Steam and
friends from Flathub and distrobox, this makes the nvidia images
roughly 800MiB lighter.
