fix(scanner): restore setsubtitle as discsubtitle for non-WMA (#3821) 
With old metadata, Disc Subtitle was one of `tsst`, `discsubtitle`, or `setsubtitle`.
With the updated, `setsubtitle` is only available for flac.
Update `mappings.yaml` to maintain prior behavior.
