* Add Origin Trial token for Subgroups in localhost:8080
Adds a localhost:8080 token to standalone/index.html for local testing.
https://crbug.com/358117283
Followup to #3895
* Remove the OT token from dev_server.ts
Prevents clicking a run button while tests are running.
I seem to do this once in a while and get errors about DevicePool
acquire device in use 😅
Also made the progress bar have a background color so it's slightly
clearer that tests are running.
The URL is getting long as new options are added. It's common to want
to edit the q parameter but as more options are added this gets harder
as it get pushed off the to the right.
So, only show options that are non-falsy but, display the options
on the page and make them editable.
* Added some CompilationInfo tests.
* Address feedback
* More feedback
* roll types
* buildfix
* add meta charset so unicode will display correctly (e.g. from error messages on unicode shaders)
(has no effect in Chromium now because we currently mangle the unicode by treating
it as bytes)

* standalone: Don't generate DOM when test finishes
Previously the test status and logs would get inserted into the DOM
immediately when run. This just stores off the result so that it can be
rendered into the DOM on-demand.
* standalone: Fix "expand all" button
Previously this just searched the entire page for checkboxes and checked
all of them. With lazy DOM generation, this didn't work anymore.
Returns a function from GenerateSubtreeHTML whichs sets the subtree as
"checked", recursively.
* hide testcaselogs by default
* nit
Remove the "relative" paths in the test tree and promote the full query
string. With the "relative" paths I find that it's way too hard to see
"where" you are in the tree when browsing.
Aligns all of the full query strings with one another (unless the screen
is too small), so the tree structure is easy to see.
* standalone: Replace results JSON textarea with copy button
In Chromium, this textarea causes a massive relayout whenever it gets
updated (40s on my machine). Remove it, and replace it with a button
that copies the JSON to the clipboard (fast).
* move event listener setup
* nit
Now that we put test plans in descriptions, the contents are not just
trivial paragraph-style text blocks. So we have to preserve the original
formatting for descriptions to render properly.
* standalone: dissolveLevelBoundaries
Reduces node count from 6460 to 4171, making things much more navigable.
* Always set leaf readableRelativeName; tweak formatting
* swap "Run" icons to match formatting on subtree names
* readability styling tweaks
* standalone: add rudimentary collapsing, start with files collapsed, make buttons smaller
Unfortunately, still can't lazily create DOM subtrees, so page loading
is still very slow. It's not easy to do so, because the "run subtree"
button (as implemented) depends on the tree already being processed.
(However it could be done without generating the actual DOM.)
This page needs more serious overhauling.
