[llvm][RISCV] Revise xsfmm intrinsic interface. (#201527) 
This patch does 2 things:
1. Change matmul interface to use newly defined OFP8 RVV types.
2. change all of matmul overloaded interfaces to only keep only widen
information and eliminate types information.
