Baranov Victor a4ddd01177 [clang] Add test run of 'dump_ast_matchers.py' (#165472) ... We use [dump_ast_matchers.py](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/main/clang/docs/tools/dump_ast_matchers.py) script to update [this](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/main/clang/docs/LibASTMatchersReference.html) auto-generated file in case someone make changes to [ASTMatchers](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/blob/main/clang/include/clang/ASTMatchers/ASTMatchers.h).
