Subject: [PATCH] [Polly] Remove unused DenseMapInfo::getEmptyKey (#201992)

After #201281 DenseMapInfo<T>::getEmptyKey() is no longer used by
DenseMap. Remove the unused getEmptyKey definitions and dead sentinel
uses.
