Provisions a throwaway Hetzner Cloud server sized for a Chromium build, runs a script on it over SSH, and guarantees teardown afterward (normal exit, remote command failure, or local interruption) plus a cloud-init self-destruct failsafe in case this process itself never gets to run its own cleanup.
